The Stormcaller's Talisman is a disc of iron smelted in a lightning strike and quenched in rainwater, hung on a cord of braided storm-cloud grey. It smells permanently of ozone. Wearing it, you are immune to lightning and can turn the charge back outward — your melee strikes occasionally arc to nearby enemies. Storms feel different with this against your skin. Less like something happening to you. More like something happening with you.
