A massive void entity that has consumed enough reality to take stable physical form — a titan of corruption and entropy.

Examine

At some point this was something that came through the rift. Over years of consuming ambient reality, it accumulated enough substance to stop shifting and settle into this form: a towering mass of crystallized void-matter, moving with terrible purpose. It is the heaviest thing you have ever seen that you are certain should not exist.
