Bandit Archer

A ranged outlaw who fires from cover and retreats when pressured.

Examine

A wiry figure perched on a rock or tucked behind a wagon, longbow drawn and ready. Bandit archers are recruited for their keen eye and cowardly disposition — they're more than happy to pepper targets from afar while their melee comrades do the dirty work. Get close, though, and they'll bolt like startled rabbits. A few scattered arrows at their feet suggest they've been practising. The grouping is... not encouraging.
